Under Construction
If we have been out and about and have been driving on our Abilene streets and roads lately, we have all experience many roads and streets that are under tremendous construction and fixing that it makes our daily commute such a frustrating thing to have to encounter and deal with each day. As each one of us knows that we have to face it each day as we leave our home to go to work and to go and do other necessary things. As hard as it is to get around the detours streets and the dug up uneven and rough roads that beat on our cars and tires, we know we still have to manage to get around it and bear it for a short time KNOWING after a little while the street will be all better and a lot smoother to be on for a while until it needs to be fixed again. Fixing and changes of the roadway is a necessary constant matter that the city officials have to do to make it better for the citizen to drive on. It is a necessity and a responsibility of the city for its communities.
It is the same with God as He brings changes and uncomfortable circumstances into our lives and into our world with a bit of hardship and trials to our lives to stir our comforts and to strengthen us and to build our faith and hope in Him. To bring necessary corrections and judgments upon the works of men and of sins to chastise our thoughts and deeds. God can and will bring changes and difficulties into our lives to wake us up and to fix our broken world. We, in the meantime, must exercise our faith and trust in Him that He will also bring us through this uncomfortable and difficult times as He chips away from the bad and evil things and the unrighteousness things that are before us for the betterment of this broken world and for the good and betterment of our individual lives as we musk seek farther within ourselves to see the important and necessary changes that God is wanting to bring in and to our lives. God is faithful in guiding us through each day and each trial as it arises. “He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it” (1 Thessalonians 5:24).
As the time will come and is soon is and is now when the uncomfortable and difficult changes will pass us and we will remember How God walks each of us through our fears and worries of the unknown during the uncertain times. How he has chipped away our thoughts and concerns and How He has strengthened our souls, spirits, and minds to know that He has all things under His commands and authorities and that nothing happens upon this earth without His agreement and approval. He knows and sees all of our concerns but He must allow things to happen to draw our hearts to Him AND to RECOGNIZE that GOD, HE IS STILL WITH US EACH AND EVERYDAY and that HE HEARS AND ANSWER our CRIES AND PRAYERS. Amen.

"Teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." (Matthew 28:20)
May God be with each of you this day and always as we seek God's heart for His plans and purpose. Amen and Amen.
